Alby’s Pizza is the result of a lockdown bakery gone too far! Beginning in 2020 at the height of lockdown, when a couple of friends turned their hands to baking (what turned out to be) some pretty damn good sourdough bread leading to them supplying restaurants in Soho, South and East London.

With the success of the bakery also came other ventures… In 2022, they made the leap into New York style pizza, opening up a pizza shop inside a local tap room. Two rollercoaster years and nearly 100k slices later, Alby’s have decided the time has come to move onwards and upwards into a bigger, grander space with us here at Someday, Finsbury Park!

Characterised by their 22” pizzas (yes they’re massive) and sold by the slice or the whole pie, Alby’s are all about simplicity; utilising the best quality ingredients, exciting specials and a unique dough that you won’t find anywhere else… Think the classic New York style slice with a London twist, perfect for sharing with pals. Pizza in one hand – fresh, cold margarita in the other!

We’re also excited to introduce Glasshouse, the little sister and newest creation from the team behind Alby’s, ready to take the London food scene by storm… Glasshouse specialises in Smash Burgers & Tacos with simplicity and ingredients at the heart of their ethos.

A new venture in redefining classics brought to life by one of its founders, Toby, a chef who learned his craft in some of London’s best restaurants, including Trullo and Legare. Do something and do it right.

The Glasshouse team are working with a top London butcher to create a unique blend of dry aged meat, culminating in the ultimate patty served with only the absolute essentials, bun, pickles, onion, cheese and our house burger sauce. For those less meat inclined, the veggie burger is equally packed with juicy smash flavour.

The Glasshouse taco is a no frills approach to one of the world’s greatest ever food creations. Simplicity is the key here, with a focus on slow cooking to bring out maximum flavour for each dish. Think high quality British sourced meats, spiced and served with fresh zingy salsa verde, pico de gallo and veggie options to match.

Monday – Thursday: 12pm – 9pm
Friday – Saturday: 12pm – 10pm
Sunday – Closed.
